  • 1lb pre-made pizza dough
  • 3/4 cup and 1 tbsp water (it should be heated to about 110°)
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3/4 tsp garlic salt
  • ½ cup and 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 can chunk white chicken breast, drained and washed
  • 1 onion, chopped (should add up to about 1 cup)
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper
  • 1 tsp canola oil

First thing you need to do remove your pre-made pizza dough from the packaging and kneed it for about two minutes.

Next, place your dough on a lightly floured work surface and knead it by hand for about 10 minutes. Once the dough is ready, shape it into a ball and place the bowl upside down over it and let it sit for 15 minutes. After a smooth 15, uncover your dough and knead it for 3 more minutes.

Divide dough into 8 equal portions, shaping each into a ball; lightly coat with cooking spray. Cover with plastic wrap; let stand for 30 minutes.

In a separate bowl, combine your chicken, onion, herbs, spices, and olive oil and mix until smooth.

Carefully flatten each of the eight portions of dough into a 6-inch circles. Then, spoon a tbsp of your onion mixture into the center of each.

Fold the sides of your dough so the filling is totally contained. Repeat procedure with remaining dough portions.

Heat 1/2 tsp olive oil in a large skillet and place 4 of your flatbreads in the pan. Cook them until each side is golden brown and then transfer them to a serving tray. Repeat procedure with another helping of olive oil and the rest of the flatbreads. Serve them hot and right away.
