Ingredients
- 1 eggplant
- 1 pound ground lamb
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 5 chopped garlic cloves
- 1 onion
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 4 ounces feta cheese
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

Directions
Peel and slice the eggplant. Slice the onion and dice the bell pepper. Place the eggplant at the bottom of the crock pot. Quickly brown the ground lamb in a skillet for a few minutes. Add everything, but the meat and cheese, to the skillet and stir so that it is combined. Add the meat to the crock pot and cook on low for 7 hours. Sprinkle feta cheese on top and serve.
