  • 3 lbs chicken wings, cut in two and tip removed
  • 1⁄2 cup ketchup
  • 1⁄4 cup water
  • 1⁄4 cup honey
  • 1⁄4 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 2 -3 minced fresh garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons minced dried onion

Set oven to a broil. Begin to prepare wings by placing them on a shallow cookie sheet that is lined with foil. Spray the sheet with with a non-stick cooking spray. Arrange wings in a single layer. Place under broiler until wings are lightly brown and set wings aside. Take out a saucepan and combine all of the remaining ingredients. Bring sauce to a boil, reduce heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes. Set oven to 375 degrees F. Dip each wing in the hot sauce and place on greased baking sheet. Bake for about 40 minutes. Serve.
