Mouth-Watering Crockpot Apple Pie

- 8 cups Apples, peeled, cored and sliced
- 1½ tsp Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Nutmeg
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2½ Tbsp Butter, softened
- 1½ cup Biscuit Baking Mix, divided in half
- ⅓ cup Brown Sugar
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- 3 Tbsp Cold Butter
- 1 carton vanilla ice cream
Spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
Mix apples, cinnamon, and nutmeg together in a bowl then place into crockpot.
Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, softened butter, and 1 cup of baking mix.
Pour over apple mix
Combine brown sugar, remaining baking mix, and cold butter into a separate bowl and mix until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle over apple mix but do not stir.
Place paper towel over crockpot and place cover over paper towel.
Cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
Serve and top with vanilla ice cream.
