  • 1 beef filet steak, 10 oz.
  • 1 piece bacon
  • 1 T. butter
  • 1 T. olive oil

Season the steak with salt and pepper on both sides, then wrap the bacon around the side. Secure with a wet toothpick. In a heavy skillet over high heat, melt the butter with the olive oil. Sear the steak on both sides on the skillet, just to get color. Place the skillet into the oven, heated to 450 degrees, and cook for 10 minutes.
