  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (1 oz.) pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 6 red potatoes, cut in half
  • 3 C. baby carrots
  • 3 lb. boneless beef chuck roast
