  • 2 1/2 cup pastry flour
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup macadamia nut, chopped
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips

Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl
In a separate bowl, mix butter, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, and eggs until all ingredients are thoroughly combined
Slowly combine flour mixture into the butter mixture, making sure to continuously mix while pouring
Stir macadamia nuts and white chocolate chips into the mixture
Create balls of the mixture about 1 inch in diameter and place them onto cookie sheet. Put cookie sheet in freezer for 15 minutes
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
After 15 minutes, bake cookies for 10 minutes (or until browned)
