  • 3 lb. potatoes
  • ΒΌ C. olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 T. of parsley or rosemary
  • 1 package of ranch seasoning and salad dressing mix
  • 3 T. unsalted butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and oil baking sheet. Cut potatoes into wedges and place onto baking sheet. Add olive oil, garlic and ranch seasoning to potatoes and toss together to mix seasonings. Sprinkle salt and pepper on potatoes. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until brown and crispy. Brush with butter and garnish with parsley or rosemary.
