  • 2 C. Whole Wheat Macaroni, uncooked
  • 1 lb. Lean Ground Beef
  • 2 Tbs. Olive Oil, divided
  • 1 Large Yellow Onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. Seasoned Salt
  • 1 Tbs. Celery Tops, minced
  • 1 28 oz. can Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 Tbs. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 C. Fresh Parsley, chopped

Prepare macaroni according to package directions. Drain pasta and set aside. Warm the olive oil in a medium-sized skillet on high heat. Add beef to the skillet and cook until browned. In a large skillet, saute chopped onion with a tablespoon of olive oil on medium-high heat. Add ground beef to onion and lower the heat to medium. Add seasoned salt, celery tops, tomatoes, and Worcestershire sauce to ground beef mixture. Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in the macaroni and parsley. Let simmer for another 5 minutes and serve.
