  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 C. breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ΒΌ C. onion, finely diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 mozzarella cheese sticks
  • 1 jar grape jelly
  • 2 (12 oz.) jars chili sauce

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, eggs, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper. Form into golf ball-sized balls. Chop string cheese sticks into pieces and press into the center of each ball; pinch to seal. In the crockpot, combine grape jelly and chili sauce. Add meatballs and cook on high for 2-3 hours.
