  • 1 (10 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 T. oregano
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1 (14 oz.) can diced tomatoes (with juice)
  • 1 C. mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a greased casserole dish, spread rice at the bottom. Top with cooked meatballs. In a bowl, combine half-and-half, condensed tomato soup, garlic, oregano, thyme, and diced tomatoes. Pour mixture over meatballs, top with mozzarella, and bake for 20 minutes.
