Mrs. Dash Greek Wraps
- 12 oz. extra lean boneless sirloin steak, all visible fat discarded
- 1 C. Mrs. Dash® Lemon Herb Peppercorn 10-Minute Marinade
- 4 (6-inch) whole-wheat tortillas
- 2 C. lettuce, shredded
- 1 medium tomato, diced
Place steak in glass dish; pour marinade over steak and turn to make sure the steak is completely coated. Let marinate 10 minutes. Heat grill to medium high, place steak on grill and cook 4 to 5 minutes per side for medium rare 145°F, 6 to 7 minutes per side for medium 160°F, or 8 to 10 minutes for medium well to well 170°F. Remove from grill and let stand 10 minutes. Cut steak in thin strips. Mix 2 Tbs. Mrs. Dash® Lemon Herb Peppercorn 10-Minute Marinade and cider vinegar to make dressing, toss with lettuce and tomatoes. Place 1/2 C. salad mixture on each tortilla, top each with 1/4 of the beef slices and garnish with crumbled feta and roll up.
