Mrs. Fields’ Blog-Inspired Cake Pops

- leftover cake or newly made boxed cake, crumbled
- 2/3 C. liquid coffee creamer
- 6 oz. chocolate chips, melted (amount depending on cake amount)
Line a platter with parchment paper and set aside. In a large bowl, combine crumbled cake and coffee creamer. Use your hands to combine mixture until dough forms. Scoop dough into balls or the shape of your preference on the parchment-lined platter. Put platter in your freezer for 30 minutes. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt your chocolate according to package directions. After removing the platter from the freezer, roll each ball into the melted chocolate and return to the parchment paper to dry.
