  • 6 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate
  • 1 C. salted butter, softened
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 C. granulated sugar
  • 1 T. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 C. all-purpose flour
  • 1 C. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat your oven to 300°F and grease the inside of an 8x8 baking dish. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine unsweetened chocolate and butter, stirring constantly until pieces are almost melted. Remove and stir until smooth. In a large bowl, beat eggs until light yellow and mix in sugar until blended. Add vanilla and melted chocolate to the egg mixture and blend on low until smooth. Add flour and mix well. Pour batter into your greased pan and add the chocolate chips. Bake on the center rack for 50 minutes. Cool to room temp, then cover and refrigerate for one hour before serving.
