  • 12 prepared dinner rolls, thawed
  • 2 Tbs. wheat germ
  • 2 Tbs. steel cut oats
  • 1/2 C. walnuts, chopped
  • 2 Tbs. sunflower seeds
  • 2 Tbs. flax seeds
  • 2 Tbs. sesame seeds

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Place rolls in bowl and allow to rise until double in size. Add remaining ingredients and knead until ingredients are completely combined into the dough. Form in a loaf and place in greased 9-by-5-inch loaf pan. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rise. Remove wrap and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Cut into slices before serving.
