Mushroom Barley Soup Mix
Ingredients
- 1/2 C. pearled barley
- 1/4 C. dried mushroom slices
- 2 Tbs. dried minced onion
- 1/4 C. dried carrot slices
- 2 Tbs. dried parsley
- 2 Tbs. dill weed
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 tsp. beef bouillon granules
Directions
Combine ingredients in an airtight container; store in a cool, dark cupboard. Attach instructions.
Instructions:
Add mix to one qt. boiling water or beef broth. Reduce heat and simmer until barley is tender. Remove bay leaves before serving.
