Mushroom Delight

Everyone will enjoy this delicious mushroom delight for an appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1/2 can tomatoes
  • 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 8 med. mushrooms, quartered
  • 1 Tbs. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

Fry bacon and remove from fat. Put in mushrooms and add tomatoes, sugar, and sauce. Let simmer 20 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Serve on toast sprinkled with Parmesan cheese. Put a strip of bacon on top of each serving. Garnish with parsley.
