Mushroom Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
Directions
Spray a frying pan with cooking spray. Quick brown chops on medium-high heat. Turn down to low heat, sprinkle chops with any seasonings and top with fresh mushrooms. Cover and cook on low for about an hour. Pour off liquid from simmering into a bowl and mix with the soup to make a gravy.
