Ingredients
- 2 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
- 3 Tbs. olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 Tbs. minced fresh parsley
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, very thinly sliced
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, garlic parsley, oregano, salt and pepper. Beat with a fork to blend. Add mushrooms and toss to coat dressing. Serve right away.
