Ingredients
- 1 lg. pkg. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 bunches green onions, chopped
- one 8-oz. pkg. mild cheddar cheese, cubed
- Dressing:
- 1/2 C. olive oil
- 1/4 C. wine vinegar
- 1 Tbs. sugar
- 3 tsp. Greek seasoning
Directions
Place mushrooms, onions and cheese in a bowl. Mix all dressing ingredients together. Pour over salad just before serving.
