  • 4 chicken breasts
  • ¾ C. brown mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 Tbs. onion, chopped
  • 3 Tbs. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbs. dry white wine
  • 2 Tbs. garlic, minced
  • ¼ C. shredded mozzarella

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Butterfly the chicken and toss it with olive oil and rub it with salt and pepper. Saute the onion and garlic for 3 minutes. Add in the mushrooms and saute for about 3 minutes before pouring in the wine. Whisk the cream cheese and mushroom mixture. Place the mixture in the chicken and close it with cooking rope. Bake for 35 minutes.
