Mushroom Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- 2 whole portabella mushrooms
- 1/2 red onion or 2 shallots
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 C. grated muenster cheese
Directions
Heat skillet with olive oil. Cut and dice onions, cook in skillet. Cut mushrooms and add to onions. Cook until soft Let cool. In a large bowl, put turkey burger, Old Bay seasoning, salt and pepper, olive oil and cheese. Add mushrooms and onions, mix well. Cook in skillet over medium heat, turning once.
Yield: 6 burgers
