Mushrooms and Tomato Bake

- 1 cup mushrooms
- 2 tomatoes, quartered
- 1 cup green onions
- 8 eggs
- 1 3/4 milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a skillet, melt butter and saute mushrooms and tomatoes.
Add 1 cup of cheese to the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Add in vegetables and top with the rest of cheese.
Mix eggs, milk, and seasonings together in a bowl.
Pour mixture over everything in the dish.
Bake for 40 minutes.
