  • 2 Tbs. white wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbs. sugar
  • 1 Tbs. dill weed
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 4 salmon steaks
  • Mustard Dill Sauce:
  • 3 Tbs. mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbs. Dijon mustard
  • 3 Tbs. dill weed
  • 1 Tbs. sugar
  • 4 tsp. white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine 2 Tbs. white wine vinegar, sugar, dill weed, salt, and pepper in a large resealable bag. Add the salmon steaks and refrigerate for 1 hour, turning occasionally. In a small bowl, combine the sauce ingredients, cover, and refrigerate until chilled.

Discard the marinade. Grill the salmon, covered, over medium heat for 6 to 7 minutes on each side. Serve with the mustard dill sauce.
