Grilled chicken at its best. Simply follow this recipe and you can use the chicken for wraps, salads, sides and main courses. Make a batch ahead of time and you’re set for the week!

  • ¼ C apple cider vinegar
  • 3 Tbs coarse ground mustard
  • 3 garlic cloves; minced
  • 1 lime; juiced
  • ½ lemon; juiced
  • ½ C brown sugar
  • 6 Tbs olive oil
  • 6 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preheat the grill pan over medium-high heat. You may also use an outdoor grill.

In a bowl, mix in the vinegar, mustard, garlic, lime juice, lemon juice, brown sugar and olive oil. Add a dash of salt and pepper for taste. Stir the ingredients well.

Then coat each piece of chicken with the marinade. Once they are coated, lightly oil the grill then carefully place it on the grill and cook for 8-10 minutes on each side.

You may brush on more marinade while it is grilling for more flavor. When it is done, remove from the grill and let it cook for 5 minutes. Then, slice the chicken pieces and serve!
