My apple pie is made with cream cheese pie crust. It is a down-home recipe using apples and sugar. Delicious, with a flaky golden brown crust.

Be sure to make 3 slits in top crust to let steam out. Brush top crust with Half & Half and spray top with "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" spray. Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees, then turn down to 350 degrees and bake for 1 hour or until crust is golden brown and apples are cooked. Cool and serve.
