My Favorite Chuck Roast in a Crockpot
Ingredients
- 4 lb. Chuck Roast
- 4 Beef Bouillon cubes
- 1 med onion
- 4 med potatoes, peeled and cut lengthwise
- 4 lg. carrots
- 3 stalks of celery, cut on the diagonal
- 1/4 tsp. fennel seed
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Directions
Combine all in the crock pot and set on high for 4 hours.
Serves 6.
