It tastes delicious and the chocolate filling and use of Ritz crackers make it a mystery.

Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 C. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 24 Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 C. finely chopped pecans
  • 2 C. chocolate flavored Cool Whip (regular can be used)

Directions

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar and vanilla. Fold in crackers and pecans.  Pour into a buttered pie pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.  Cool and top with Cool Whip.
