Nancy's Brie Dip
- 1 large brie cheese
- 1 large Spanish onion
- 1 small jar rasberry jam or preserves
Slice Spanish onion and saute until translucent, it will be brown. Place brie on oven-proof dish. Split brie round in half width-wise. Separate the halves and place some jam to cover inside half of brie and top with 1/2 the onions. Place other half of brie back on top. Then take some more jam and spread over top and add rest of onions. Bake in 350 degree oven until brie is melted. Serve with crackers.
