Napa Cabbage Salad
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 head Napa cabbage, shredded
- 1 bunch minced green onion
- 1/3 C butter
- 1 package ramen noodles, broken up
- 2 Tbs sesame seeds
- 1/4 C cider vinegar
- 3/4 C oil
- 1/2 C white sugar
- 2 Tbs soy sauce
- 1 C slivered almonds
Melt the butter in a pot, mix in the crushed ramen, seeds and almonds. Spoon the mixture onto a baking sheet and bake at 350 until browned. Turn often to prevent burning.
Heat vinegar, oil, sugar, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil for one minute, cool.
Combine cabbage, noodles and dressing. Serve immediately or noodles will get soggy.
