Napa Cabbage Salad

Cabbage is a great addition to any salad. The crisp sharpness of the vegetable is a refreshing bite that is often missed in dishes. A nice Asian twist with ramen noodles can make a Napa cabbage salad into a full dinner or just an accompaniment to the grill fair.
