Ingredients

  • 1 slab of salmon
  • 1/3 cup of low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of, ginger chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of rice vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • ½ teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons scallions, chopped

Directions

Preheat the oven at 400F
Using a large mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oi and scallions. Mix well using a whisk.
Using a baking dish (or pan), cover it with aluminum foil and completely coat the dish with cooking spray. This will prevent the salmon from sticking. Cut the salmon slab in 3-4 pieces and place onto the dish.
Slowly add the marinade mixture onto the salmon and let it marinade for 20 minutes. Bake the salmon for 10-12 minutes or until it flakes.
Serve it on a plate.
