New Mexican Salsa
Ingredients
- 4-6 long green chilies
- 2 jalapeno chilies, chopped
- 4 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 medium red onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbs. cilantro, minced
- 2 Tbs. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbs. fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
Directions
Roast, peel, seed and chop chilies or substitute 1 can chopped green chilies. Mix all ingredients. Let stand 1 hour before using.
