Chilies galore – prepare for some serious heat!

Ingredients

  • 4-6 long green chilies
  • 2 jalapeno chilies, chopped
  • 4 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 medium red onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbs. cilantro, minced
  • 2 Tbs. vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbs. fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves

Directions

Roast, peel, seed and chop chilies or substitute 1 can chopped green chilies. Mix all ingredients. Let stand 1 hour before using.
