  • 1 1/2 lb. ground sirloin
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 6 New York Cheddar Cheese
  • 12 slices bacon, cooked
  • 6 hamburger buns
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 6 large lettuce leaves

Divide the beef into 6 portions and shape them into patties. Season with salt and pepper and heat the grill to high. Place the burgers on the grill and flip after 5 minutes. Top with the cheese after about 2 minutes and remove when it is melted. Place the burger on the buns and top with bacon, tomato, lettuce, and onion before serving.
