  • 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 3/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 8 to 10 hamburger buns
  • 2 thinly sliced tomatoes.
  • Lettuce
  • Sliced Onions
  • 8 slices of american cheese.
  • One Cucumber, sliced lengthwise

Preheat charcoal or a stove-top grill to medium-high temperature.

Cook chicken breast for 4 minutes on each side, or until well-done. Remove to a plate and cover with aluminum foil, letting the burgers cool for 5 minutes.

Serve on seeded buns and top with freshly sliced tomato, cucumber, onions, lettuce, and american cheese. Serve.
