New York Strip Steak
Serving Size / Yield
- 1/2 C olive oil, plus oil for skillet
- 1/4 C fresh lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 6 boneless strip steaks
Combine oil, lemon juice, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and pepper in resealable bag. Add steaks to bag, seal tightly, and marinade steak in fridge for 30 minutes.
Heat an oiled skillet to medium-high.
Remove steaks from marinade and cook skillets 4 to 5 minutes on each side until well done. Remove and serve.
