New York Style Hot Dog

Serving Size / Yield
- 1 medium onions, chopped finely
- 8 kosher hot dogs, boiled (recommended: Best's)
- 8 hot dog buns
- Yellow mustard
- Barbecue sauce
- Green Tomato Relish
- Cooked Sauerkraut (optional)
Cook Hot Dogs for six minutes in pot of boiling water, then remove and set aside.
Place in buns and top with barbecue sauce, yellow mustard, and Green Tomato relish, then serve.
