Ingredients
- 8 oz. extra lean ground beef
- 1 Tbs. caramelized onions from a jar or homemade
- 11/2 tsp. plain yogurt
- 11/2 tsp. soy sauce
- 11/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Directions
Mix the beef with the onions, yogurt, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce and season with pepper. Form into two patties, either using a burger press or by hand. Heat a pan and lightly brush the patties with vegetable oil. Cook for 2 minutes on each side, remove, and rest the patties for a minute or two.
