You’ll never guess how easy it can be to make this creamy and indulgent cheesecake. This no-bake dessert takes roughly 5 minutes to prepare. Just let it chill in the refrigerator prior to serving, and enjoy!

  • 1 store bought graham cracker crust
  • 1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 1/4 C. sugar
  • 1/2 C. heavy whipped cream
  • 8-oz. blueberry pie filling
  • 1/2 C. fresh blueberries, to top pie

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, lemon juice and sugar until combine. Gently fold in the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Once combined, pour the mixture into the pie crust. Pour pie filling atop the cheesecake mixture, then top with additional blueberries if desired. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
