  • Crust:
  • 35 double chocolate chip cookies, finely crushed
  • 100 g. butter, melted
  • Ganache filling:
  • 200 mL. double cream
  • 200 g. dark chocolate
  • 4 tsp. golden syrup
  • About 50 cherries, roughly 8 per tart

Empty the crumbs into a bowl add the melted butter and then mix it all up until the butter is finely mixed with crumbs. Line 6, 3-inch tart tins with the mixture, press down to leave enough room for the filling. Refrigerate them until they are solid. Make the ganache filling buy warming up the ingredients in a non-stick pan over a low heat. Transfer enough ganache into every tart and top them off with cherries!
