Ingredients

  • 1 pack cream cheese, softened
  • 12 chocolate cookies, chopped
  • 1 tub frozen whipped cream topping
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 3 tablespoons refined sugar
  • Powdered sugar

Directions

Beat the softened cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl using an electric mixer until a smooth and creamy consistency is achieved. All in the vanilla and mix well until well combined. Fold in the whipped cream topping into this mixture using a rubber spatula. Now, fold in the chopped chocolate cookies. Spoon the mixture into the serving glasses and sprinkle on powdered sugar.  Garnish with more fresh cranberries!
