  • 2/3 C. raw cashews
  • 1/3 C. oats
  • 2 Tbs. agave syrup
  • 1 Tbs. maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 C. sweet cacoa nibs (or chocolate chips)

  1. Combine oats and cashews in a food processor and grind into a flour-like consistency.

  2. Add agave, maple syrup, and vanilla, and blend until smooth.

  3. Transfer dough into a mixing bowl and stir in cacao nibs by hand.

  5. Serve immediately or place in the fridge.
