No-Bake Cookie Truffles

Ingredients
- 1 C. white sugar
- ¾. C. brown sugar
- 1/2 C. milk
- 1/2 C. butter
- 4 T. cocoa powder
- 1/2 C. crunchy peanut butter
- 4 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ C. powdered sugar

Directions
Bring the first four ingredients to a boil in a sauce pan, stirring continually, and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and add in the remaining ingredients except for the sugar.
Place scoops of the mixture onto wax paper squares and allow it to cool to the touch. Use the wax paper to form the cookies into balls. Once the balls are formed, dust them with the sugar. Allow them to rest to finish setting.
