  • Crust:
  • 1 1/2 C. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 C. brown sugar
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 2 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Filling:
  • 1 1/2 16oz cool whip
  • 1 1/4 C. melted (milk or dark) chocolate; cooled
  • 3 Tbs. powdered sugar

Mix crust ingredients and press into a 9-inch baking pan. Place in fridge to chill. Melt chocolate and let cool. Fold in powdered sugar, and melted chocolate to cool whip. Pour over crust and refrigerate overnight.Add extra whipped cream and chocolate chips on top if desired
