If you've ever run out of bread at home and didn't have the time to run to the grocery store, you will never have to worry again! This recipe is super simple and easy, and requires NO baking!

Ingredients

  • 2 C. flour
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. fast active yeast
  • 2/3 C. water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

In a large bowl, combine yeast, salt, and flour
Make a well in the center and fill with water and oil
Begin stirring, slowly widening the well and incorporateing dry ingredients
Knead for 4-5 minutes until dough is smooth
Split into eight equal balls of dough and let stand for 5 minutes
Roll dough balls out into thin pieces
Heat a dry skillet o medium heat and cook bread for one minute or less on each side, until bubbles and blisters develop
Remove from pan and cover with a towel
