  • 1 C. dried fruit
  • 1/4 C. honey
  • 1/4 C. creamy peanut butter
  • 1 C. almonds, chopped
  • 1 1/2 C. rolled oats

Put the oats, almonds, and dried fruit in a bowl and set it aside. Warm the honey and peanut butter in a small pot over low heat. Stir and pour the liquid over the oat mixture and mix until all ingredients are incorporated. Move the mixture to a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Press down until everything is flat and refrigerate for about 15 minutes. Once hardened, chop the sheet into bars and serve.
