Stir up a little fun with rolled oats and hazelnut. These no-bake cookies are fun to make and fun to eat. Made with gooey hazelnut spread, crunchy nuts and a twist of cinnamon, you will find them hard to resist.

  • 1 C. white sugar
  • ¾. C. brown sugar
  • 1/2 C. milk
  • 1/2 C. butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 C. hazelnut spread
  • ¼ hazelnuts, chopped
  • 3 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Bring the first five ingredients to a boil in a sauce pan, stirring continually, and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and add in the remaining ingredients.
Place the mixture onto wax paper and allow it to cool to the touch. Use the wax paper to roll it into a log shape and finish setting. Once set, use a knife to cut out the cookies.
