No-Bake Nectarine Cheesecake Cups
Serving Size / Yield
- 2 C. graham crackers
- 1 T. butter
- 1 C. sugar
- 1 C. cream cheese, softened
- 2 fresh nectarines, sliced
In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with butter to make the crust. Set aside.
In another bowl, combine sugar and cream cheese. Set aside.
Set cupcake liners in a muffin tin, and fill the liners with the crust mixture. Add in a drop of cheesecake filling on top of the crust. Refrigerate for three to four hours before serving.
Top with fresh slices of nectarines
