No-Bake Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 stick Butter
- 2 cups Sugar
- ½ cup Milk
- ½ cup Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 3 cups Quick Cooking Oats
In a saucepan, add butter, sugar, and milk and set to a boil for 1 minute.
Add in the peanut butter and oats.
Line a cookie sheet with wax paper.
Drop tablespoon sized cookies onto the sheet.
Freeze or refrigerate for 30 to an hour or until it sets.
