  • 1 prepared graham cracker crust
  • 1 C. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 C. milk
  • 1 box lemon instant pudding
  • 1/2 (21-oz.) can lemon pie filling
  • 1 C. whipped cream
  • 1 Tbs. orange zest

Sprinkle orange juice over pie crust. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, milk and instant pudding. Blend with electric mixer. On low speed, beat in pie filling. Fold in whipped cream until combined well. Spoon mixture into pie shell. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. If you desire, garnish with shredded orange slices.
