  • Crust:
  • 30 graham crackers
  • 5 T. butter, melted
  • Filling:
  • 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • ½ C. brown sugar
  • 15 oz. pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 T. pumpkin pie spice
  • 16 oz. heavy whipping cream

Crush the graham crackers in a food processor and add in the melted butter. Press the mixture onto the bottom of a baking pan. Let it refrigerate for 30 minutes. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and brown sugar. Add in the pumpkin puree, vanilla, and pumpkin spice. Mix in the heavy whipping cream and add an even layer of the mixture into the baking pan. Let it refrigerate for 2-3 hours and enjoy.
